Aw, this was so sweet. I’ve always kind of liked these two, but I think just now, after all this time, I’m really beginning to fall for these two. It’s really an injustice that these two didn’t end up together.
I dunno how anyone could give S5 a bad review… it was one of the best! When the characters broke away from the creek, they took on their own identities more.. they each had their own distinct story to tell.. but gorgeous scenery from the creek still featured regularly when they visited home.. I dunno why people didn’t love it as much as I did.
I’ve always been a PJ fan, but after watching your Dawson/Joey vids, I’m convinced that I’ve been wrong! Dawson and Joey are meant for each other.

the writers didnt sell out.dawsons creek is a true story about the creator kevin williamsons life.if you note that during the series dawson or kevin williamson spend the entire series writing a teenage romance drama known on the show as the creek or as we know it dawsons creek.if you note dawson also had a thing for horror films which he will eventually write one.we know it as the scream series.
i tootaly agree in my world dawson and joey got married had 4 kids 3 boys daniel christoper and mattew and a daugther joeylyn and they loved eachother more then anything

You said it. Pacey and Joey were the popular choice, but that didn’t make them the right choice.
Yes, this whole series was the story of Dawson and Joey and for the writers to do anything else was the biggest sell out in tv history. Thay fit, they were right, and they couldn’t NOT be together. That was proved so many times throughout this show. Pacey and Joey were fine as a fling or whatever, but her heart was always with Dawson and the writers just threw that away. What they were can survive though. That kind of love can never be thrown away.
But I guess it doesn’t matter, at least DJ kissed at least once every season, you can’t even say that about PJ. DJ always found their way back to get other, JP, for me it was so random.
This is waht i still don’t get, the way she talked about dawson, they way everyone talked about them, her emotions and feelings it was so obvious they were meant to be.

I agree with ALMOST everything in that post. I don’t consider PJers traitors. Some PJers never shipped DJ in the beginning and just PREFER PJ, so it’s not fair to turn them into bad guys for that. I myself am a DJer and I agree with you. The show was SUPPOSED to be Dawson/Joey and they built so much into them, 6 seasons of teasing and then they threw it away to satisfy 55% of the fanbase. And Pacey was on point 2:18. DJ never got their fair shot.

And she ended up with pacey??? huh???? the way the show ended really ruined what had been built up throughout. idc what the stupid pjers have to say, pjers are traitors anyway, because they HAD to be djers in the beginning because their was nothing else, and at some point they gave up on d and j and latched on to p and j. The writters should have ended the show with what was RIGHT, and not what the majority wanted.
